The Center for Sustainability webpage posts links to on-campus sustainability news, which are also posted on the Center for Sustainability social media outlets. This website serves as a centralized archive of all campus sustainability activities.

CSUF uses various social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook to promote campus sustainability. @sustaincsuf and @sustain_center are the main Twitter handles that promote sustainability initiatives, sustainability events, and sustainability tips. The Environmental Sustainability Commission also posts events and tips through ASI @asicsuf.

A brief description of the signage that highlights sustainability features on campus:
CSUF posts various sustainability signage around campus and its buildings. Energy efficient hand dryers include stickers that show why paper towel usage should be reduced, along with the impact of using paper towels. Water efficient toilet fixtures include stickers that show users how to reduce water usage by selecting the appropriate button on top of the fixture. There are zero waste and recycling signs posted around campus on how to properly dispose of waste.

Sustainability is promoted in the campus Virtual Tour, highlighting thirteen (13) sustainability features throughout the campus. Features include:
