A brief description of the institution’s workplace health and safety initiatives:
University Risk Management provides guidance to University programs to minimize the adverse effects of unpredictable events. This is accomplished by identifying, evaluating and controlling loss exposures faced by the University and its employees. Environmental Health and Safety is responsible for protecting human health and the environment through strategic partnerships, regulatory compliance, professional consultation, technical assistance, program development and training specifically designed to promote the health and safety of employees, faculty, students and visitors alike.
