A brief description of programs, policies, infrastructure investments, outreach efforts, and/or other factors that contributed to the diversion rate for construction and demolition waste:

CSUF Construction & Demolition work orders were called into WARE Disposal. Large 10-yard to 40-yard roll-off containers were provide by WARE. From there, Ware Disposal provided a yearly Solid Waste Diversion Report in accordance with AB 75. CalRecyle's AB 75 and Ware Disposal ensure that 50% diversion of C&D material was met.

Within the last year, CSUF has setup a Solid Waste Logistical Services tab on its website that goes over "Construction and Demolition Materials Recycling Requirements" for details regarding proper C&D Disposal at CSUF - http://facilities.fullerton.edu/subject/sustainable_waste/SolidWaste.asp

Further, prior to work, contractor(s) must submit a Waste & Recycling Plan and after completion of work, submit a Reuse, Recycling, & Disposal Report with certified waste tickets.
