A brief description of the metering system:
We have electric metering at each building electrical main through our Enterprise Energy Management System. We have also started to meter natural gas, water, and BTU's with the system in our newer campus buildings.

Locations within the Institutional Boundary not included in this credit are Irvine Campus, Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary, Downtown Santa Ana, Fullerton Arboretum, and the Presidents House. The reason for this is these locations are run via separate operations.
