On-Campus Dining Services: Campus Dining Services converted to using no trans-fat oil in all locations beginning of 2007 before it was mandated.

Housing and Resident Life "Gastronome": The policy on avoidance of trans-fat use is specified in the Institution's contract with Aramark.
