Does the institution offer diverse, complete-protein vegan dining options during every meal?:
A brief description of the vegan dining program:
On-Campus Dining Services: Each location offers vegan and vegetarian dining options daily from salads, fruit, chili and soup, etc. Vegetarian options are also listed on menu boards and nutritional brochures and CSUFFOOD.COM website.
Housing and Resident Life "Gastronome": Vegan options are available at every meal. At the Exhibition (saute) station, students may always select vegan options. Students may request specially made vegan meals from any of the chefs (options include vegan "chicken"). Quinoa is featured regularly on the menu.
