A brief description of how sustainability is included prominently in new student orientation :
Students who participate in the BOND Program take part in a summer experience (orientation) where they are introduced to the various resources they have access to which will improve their academic performance as well as their physical and mental wellbeing. Additionally, students conduct a small experiment on the Albedo Effect and are expected to apply their results to campus. Through this, students present their findings and conclusions for how to build a more sustainable physical campus.
