Since organized orientation exists for new staff and new tenure track faculty, the non-tenure track faculty are not as well connected to training--according to Rudy Sanchez, 10-40 non-tenture track faculty might attend an orientation any given year, which out of the 600+ of individuals, relates to a small percentage of sustainability-related orientation for this group.
