The Employee Assistance Program is a free, confidential counseling and referral service designed to help employees and their eligible dependents resolve personal, work, or home life events.

Employee Assistance program includes the following:
-Broad Based Community Referrals: personalized research and referrals to a wide range of issues/concerns in employees daily lives; provide three sessions per incident at no copay (for employee and eligible dependents).
-Legal Resource and Referral Service: free half-hour consultation with attorney, legal library usage with no cost, employees pay reduced rate for service beyond half-hour.
-Child Care Referral Service: personalized search and referrals for assistance relating to childcare.
-Elder Care Referral Service: personalized search and referrals for assistance relating to caring for elderly family member/aging parents
-Financial Resource for Debt Management: assistance with personal finances such as debt management, debt reduction or elimination and low-interest credit cards
-Family Matters: resources for quitting smoking, modifying lifestyle to maintain good health etc.

Student wellness varies from recreation and sports facilities to health care or counseling on campus.
-Student Health & Counseling Services: fully accredited outpatient clinic staffed by Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Nurses; provides individual, couples and group counseling, outreach services and urgent care.
-Recreation and Wellness Center: houses a multi-court gymnasium; elevated jogging track, fitness center, multipurpose fitness and activity rooms for aerobics, martial arts and dancing, locker rooms, juice bar etc. Also provides a discounted membership rate for employees.
