Health and safety programs related to fire, life safety like Cal/OSHA requirements, Cal Fire and EPA. Additional health and safety measures covered by our IIPP program (8 ccr 3203), which is currently being overhauled. Areas of an IIPP program include;

· Identifying workplace hazards

· Correcting hazards

· Communicating hazards

· Injury investigations

· Training

· Documentation

· Compliance

A brief description of the methodology used to track and calculate the number of recordable incidents of work-related injury or ill health :
When a work incident/injury occurs it is reported to our Third Party Administrator Sedgwick. To report the claim, the CSUDH claims manager enters data into Sedgwick’s Risk Management Information System (RMIS). The data is maintain at least 5 years post the closure of the case. The data on the OSHA 300A logs is retrieved from report generated by the RMIS system.
