Under the Science and Technology track of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute's (OLLI) offerings, two of the three courses offered in the Science and Technology section are sustainability related: a climate change seminar, and an ongoing class at the Campus Urban Farm.

As part of the OLLI Campus Urban Farm class, participants are automatically enrolled through the Campus Urban Farm's voluntary docent training program.
At the end of the course, class participants are eligible to earn a certificate to recognize them as an authorized Campus Urban Farm docent capable of independently leading tours and facilitating workshops on behalf of the Campus Urban Farm.
