The Toros Take Charge sustainability pledge was e-mailed out campus-wide (faculty, staff, students) at the beginning of the fall 2019 semester. This was designed to encourage students, staff, and faculty to commit to actionable behaviors while on campus to support sustainability and orient them to available sustainability services in the process.

The entire campus community was e-mailed with the online pledge and encouraged to participate. The online pledge was open from the start of Fall semester with a one-time opportunity drawing administered in October.

There were 104 respondents who all checked boxes for particular sustainability behaviors/services which was designed to increase awareness of these services.
