The campus has three other LEED Gold certified buildings that were completed and opened more than five years ago, and so are not eligible for this criteria: Total LEED-certified space on campus is 479,976 GSF

Additional construction that kept to multiple GBC attributes was the addition of the North Section of the campus Boiler Chiller Plant. This 5,851 square feet of construction consists of a block house that contains the Campus main electricity breakers and other equipment.
