In 2019, Chico State partnered with the Chancellor's Office to migrate to a new enterprise training system: CSU Learn. (https://www.csuchico.edu/training/) CSU Learn is available to all 23 campuses across the CSU system. The training platform allows campuses to assign risk-mitigating content, create instructor-led training ("ILT") offerings viewed across the CSU, and track all training completions in one spot. The benefit to employees is the ability to consume content (eLearning, videos, eBooks) for personal and professional growth. In 2021, our campus implemented a pilot program to extend training access via CSU Learn to all enrolled CSU, Chico students.
CSU Learn offers dozens courses on the topic of sustainability and related topics, including:

--Facilitating Sustainable Change
--Building a Strategic Commitment to Sustainability
--Climate Change and Water Collaboration
Training FMS Design and Construction Team in LEED certification in 2019. Training also available to campus community through Regional and Continuing Education (https://rce.csuchico.edu/leed-green-associate).

Facilities Management and Services (FMS) Design and Construction Team trained for LEED certification in 2019. Training also available to campus community through Regional and Continuing Education (https://rce.csuchico.edu/leed-green-associate).
In the last two years, FMS has trained to better support wildlife, including a Certified Butterfly Garden by the National Butterfly Association, an official Monarch Waystation via Monarch Watch, and Certified Wildlife Habitat through the National Wildlife Federation, and Bee Campus USA by the Xerces Society.
