CSU Channel Islands is committed to transitioning the campus fleet to sustainable fuels wherever possible. The campus requires that all carts purchased are electric, and gas or diesel vehicles are only used in applications that do not yet have affordable electric alternatives (such as medium and heavy-duty vehicles).
