A brief description of any internal sustainability professional development and training opportunities that the institution makes available to non-academic staff:
Professional Development Workshops focused on sustainability are held at least once per year to provide employees an opportunity to learn about and engage with campus sustainability initiatives. The sustainability workshop often features information on campus sustainability efforts, the importance of reducing & conserving as a way of life, and tips & ideas on how to maintain a sustainable lifestyle. Interactive platforms such as Kahoot! are utilized as a way to engage workshop participants. Workshops provided this year include the Sustainable Office workshop, How to Electrify Your Drive, and Trash Talk, where participants learned how to properly sort and reduce waste on campus.

A brief description of any external professional development and training opportunities in sustainability that are supported by the institution :
The university supports external professional development and training opportunities for all employees by providing funding to attend conferences and training. For example, the university provided funding for staff to attend the This Way to Sustainability Conference, GCSHE, and other sustainability-related opportunities.
