Employees are enrolled in and contribute to the appropriate retirement program as required by law. The CSU offers a supplementary tax-sheltered annuity – 403(b) plan that staff and faculty can contribute to (http://www.calstate.edu/HR/benefitsportal/tsa/).
Among the choices within the CALPERS plan administered by TIAA CREF is the Calvert Social Index Fund.
In addition, a variety of voluntary retirement savings programs are also available.
