Training is available through multiple avenues. Employee and Organizational Development and Advancement(EODA) provided employees with opportunities to improve their professional performance and by facilitating solutions for growth, change, and improved workplace relationships. Training programs include lunch & learn programs covering a variety of topics including issues of sustainability (e.g. diversity, saving power, health and wellness).

Employees are encouraged to attend California Higher Education Sustainability Conference, Chancellor's Office trainings, Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) and So Cal Gas events, etc.
