Training is available through multiple avenues.
Organizational Development & Training (ODT) provided employees with opportunities to improve their professional performance and by facilitating solutions for growth, change, and improved workplace relationships. Training programs include lunch & learn programs covering a variety of topics including issues of sustainability (e.g. saving water, saving power, diet and health).
CPP Campus PowerSave: Provides ongoing employee training opportunities. A strongly utilized program is their GreenSpace program which includes department (and all employees) training, assessment and certification program where employees are taught how to lower their environmental impact and the department assessed and certified based on their successes.

Employees are encouraged to attend California Higher Education Sustainability Conference, Sustainable City Year, So Cal Gas events, etc.
