Environmental Health & Safety leads a workshop in the new hire orientation program.
There are a variety of workshop presentations throughout the year designed to teach some aspect of sustainability to all interested students/faculty/staff, and are led by guest speakers or expert campus faculty and staff. These are offered either during the lunch hour or after hours.
The Faculty Center for Professional Development offered a faculty learning opportunity called "Sustainability in the Classroom" in fall 2009 & winter 2010. Six faculty members explored ways to incorporate the principles of sustainability into their classes.
