All regular employees are paid above federal minimum wage. Salaries for campus employees are reviewed regularly by the respective collective bargaining units and adjustments are made as necessary to maintain appropriate compensation

As a state agency, we monitor prevailing wage through the CA Dept of Industrial Relations (DIR -https://www.dir.ca.gov). Our employees compensation is determined at a system-wide level and negotiated with unions. Our benefit package averages 40% additional compensation for all of our employees.
