The Administrative Affairs Division Partnership for Improvement Team conducts surveys and assessments regarding employee climate (division), and develops annual improvement initiatives for each division area. Quality improvement efforts, based in part on Division Employee Climate Survey results, are incorporated into the Administrative Affairs Strategic Plan.
