On-campus recruitment for students in a variety of academic programs (not limited to any particular program of study). Qualified applicants are selected for interviews with the current interns, campus staff, and Alliance to Save Energy staff.

The Alliance to Save Energy provides students with formal training throughout the year. This is typically in conjunction with the other 15 campuses in CA where similar programs exist. This also allows for networking between the interns.

Green Campus interns collaborate with many stakeholders across the campus, including the Manager of Energy Services, who provides guidance, technical support, and institutional knowlegde for the interns as they work on campus projects.
As various projects come up, Green Campus interns work with additional stakeholders, such as housing, parking/ transportation services, and academic affairs.
