We are one of 23 campuses in a system wide entity. Most of our employees (except Management Personnel Plan and non-represented employees) are covered under a collective bargaining agreement which ensures sustainable wages. The salary schedule is set by the CSU Chancellor’s Office in negotiation with the unions and applied to all 23 campuses
