Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
Yes

Percentage of employees (staff and faculty) assessed, directly or by representative sample (0-100):
100

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
Cal Poly uses a variety of methods to evaluate employee satisfaction and engagement, including climate surveys and satisfaction surveys. Additionally, many divisions conduct their own assessments of employees within their division to identify satisfaction levels. (Engagement is less of a focus for assessment at this point.) The results of these surveys are used to inform leadership, departments, and individuals of employee needs, program prioritization, and more. Cal Poly conducted a Campus Climate Survey in 2019 intended to measure many things including employee satisfaction and engagement. Administration and Finance conducts an annual Customer Satisfaction Survey for employees and students – this would include employee satisfaction levels.
