There is no open access policy for the campus or the library.  While everything hosted on our DigitalCommons (http://digitalcommons.calpoly.edu) site has been cleared for copyright by the authors and original publishers and is thus free to download, this isn’t the same as having established an official open access policy for content originating from campus publications and authors.
