The Council of Ministers and the Center for Information and Decision Support, Measuring Mada, is the one that conducts questionnaires to measure the satisfaction of workers in some units of the state’s administrative apparatus with the work environment, including universities.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
1.The report has been distributed to the University Management Team.
2. Unit reports are distributed to each Unit Head to facilitate staff discussion and action on local issues.
3. The President launched a Work Positive Action Plan in collaboration with the Director of Human Resources.
4. Each unit is responsible for making local Work Positive enhancements.
5. The Work Positive Action Plan was advanced by the Work Positive Committee.
