FTE is different between that reported for IC-3 because performance year is academic (2016-17) for IC-3 and workplace injury reporting is conducted on calendar years (performance = 2017 and baseline = 2016). The IPEDS census for fall employment of each year is used. So for IC-3, the fall 2016 IPEDS FTE is reported as the performance year values. For PA-14, the fall 2017 IPEDS FTE is reported.
