Butler uses the Great Colleges to Work For survey. This is administered electronically via email to all University faculty and staff.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
The HR team is working closely with Deans and Division heads to address the issues raised. For each College and Division, Human Resources identified the lowest and highest ranked items, discussed them with the Colleges and Divisions, after which, teams were set up to address areas of improvement as well as areas of strength. Action programs were developed and put into action to address these items.
