While Bucknell does not use a recognized OHSMS (such as OHSAS 18001), the EH&S department assists in implementing several items that are key requirements of a formal OHSMS. These areas include: Hazard Identification/Risk Management, Occupational Safety, and Health Programs. Providing Training, Communication, and Consultation with both internal and external constituents, Emergency Preparedness, Incident Investigation, and Evaluation of Compliance.
