A brief description of the LCCA policy and/or practices:

LCCAs are used to aid in product selection and payback analysis for Green Fund (revolving loan) projects (ex. LED light bulbs, waterless urinals, etc). LCCAs are also used to select the basis of design for major HVAC system design. LCCA was used during the feasibility and schematic design stages of a new academic building to help select the project location, building shape and orientation.
