The office of Campus Sustainability offers workshops and training to staff across campus, including through the Sustainability Forum held by the President's Sustainability Council. Additional training series are put on by the Office of Campus Sustainability for specific groups (eg. University Advancement currently has a series called Serve that focuses on sustainability as a tool for community service and service to the institution). Staff in Facilities are offered extensive professional development opportunities related to sustainability, including conference and expo attendance, training, and professional credentialing. Human Resources requires all employees to complete annual online training on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Host LEED GA training, LEED AP (w/specialty) training, USGBC Greencon events, attendance at AASHE workshops or annual conferences, APPA workshops on green cleaning, COAA and AIA workshops/conferences related to green construction.
