The Executive Development Center's "Healthcare Quality" certificate concentrates on a blend of Lean Six Sigma/ Reengineering Healthcare and Project Management
The Healthcare Quality Certificate recognizes that healthcare is a basic human need and some have argued that the system does not deliver equivalent value for the money, resulting in an industry that is under intense pressure to address these concerns. This certificate is designed to increase efficiency, facilitate change, and improve healthcare quality.
