Yes or No
First-year students Yes
Transfer students Yes
Entering graduate students Yes

Percentage of all entering (i.e. new) students (including transfers and graduate students) that are provided an opportunity to participate in orientation activities and programming that prominently include sustainability (0-100):
100

A brief description of how sustainability is included prominently in new student orientation (including how multiple dimensions of sustainability are addressed):

For our Undergraduate New Students and new families:
-Reusable Name tags
-Reusable water bottles
- No longer printing 2,000 copies of a 36-page Resource Guide for incoming students and their parents/guardians, all information moved to the registration website.
- We've moved all information for Orientation for incoming students and their parents/guardians to a new mobile app. We no longer distribute paper schedules when participants arrive on campus, and no longer distribute paper flyers at our various sessions. All information is on the Orientation app, and the link to download the app is e-mailed to registered participants prior to each of 4 Orientation sessions
-changes have been made in our branding to allow for the reuse of signage year after year instead of printing new way-finding campus signage each year.
-the Orientation program has also eliminated the use of balloons as part of their signage and decorating, not only reducing costs, but reducing environmental impact of potential balloons getting loose in the sky, latex waste, as well as helium use reduction (since it is a more scarce resource than in previous years).

For our Graduate New Students: Orientations are organized by program and have various common elements such as
-Reusuable Nametags
-General orientation of campus resources
-A move to more paperless information delivered electronically via email/PDF/etc
