A brief description of the program or practice:

The Architect, John Sawyer, stated the work he did on BCC's campus adheres to the "Stormwater Best Management Practices Manual" published by the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources (NC DENR), Division of Water Quality.

BCC does not have it's own written program, policy or practice beyond state requirements.

The website URL where information about the program or practice is available:

Mike Norwood, Groundskeeper suggested speaking directly with the Architect of the project. All information regarding plantings on the campus was obtained from John Sawyer, Architect.

All landscaping projects are contracted out. BCC's groundskeeping is limited to the maintenance of established landscaping and seasonal additions of flowering annuals, like at the main entrance.
