P&C shall review and revise its competitive procedures and specifications to encourage the purchase or use of reusable, refillable, repairable, more durable, and less toxic supplies and products.
All agencies are required to purchase such supplies and products to the extent that the purchase or use is practical and cost-effective. "All electronic office equipment purchased, including, but not limited to, computers, monitors, printers, scanners, photocopy machines, and facsimile machines shall be Energy Star compliant.
