A brief description of the metering system:

Maintenance team reads each meter monthly.

Energy Management Records:
a. Meter Readings: The file will contain any and all meter reading to include gas, electric and water.

b. Utility Rate Schedules: The latest rate schedules from local utilities will be maintained in this file.

c. Energy Audit Reports: A copy of the energy audit for the campus, if any, will be maintained in this file. The file will contain all copies of all correspondence pertaining to
the energy audit.
