Does campus dining operations offer discounts to customers who use reusable mugs instead of disposable cups in to-go food service operations?:

A brief description of the reusable mug program:
If students, faculty and/or staff bring their own cup they are given a discount.
For a small drink = $0.80, but with their own mug/cup the cost is $0.48. That is a $0.32 discount.
For a large drink = $1.17, but with their own mug/cup the cost is $0.69, which is a $0.48 discount.
So the discount is 40%
