A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome:
Solar Installer class was developed with the assistance of a local solar company. The program incuded basic building skills that included basic carpentry, plumbing and electricity; OSHA; LEED construction basics & Renewable Energy; and NABCEP Entry Level Exam preparation for Solar PV and Solar Thermal.
