CYCLING
BCIT's Green Team, Bicycling Committee, Facilities and Campus Development, Safety and Security, and Recreation Services collaborated to create a website of resources (https://www.bcit.ca/cycling/) to support cycling. The website includes bike maps and information on end of trip facilities on campus, such as bike locks, showers, lockers/cages, and bike tools.
BCIT also participates in Bike to Work Week organized twice a year by HUB Cycling - a charitable not-for-profit organization that has spent over 20 years removing barriers to cycling in Metro Vancouver, while cultivating the health, environmental, and economic benefits that active transportation can bring.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
