BYU Training LMS offers online courses produced by Physical Facilities for non-academic staff. These courses provide training on recycling, composting, water auditing, grounds sustainability, and more.
A tuition benefit is available to eligible ¾ time employees, adjunct faculty with an active contract and full-time employees and the spouses and children of full-time employees, who may register at any time for BYU's sustainabiliity-related courses: Climate Change Science and Solutions (PWS 185), Sustainable Infrastructure (CCE 201), Sustainable Transportation (CE 594R), Climate Change and Solutions (CFM 594R), Introduction to Sustainable Business (GSCM 414), Natural Resources and Environmental Economics (ECON 440), and others.

Another employee benefit is free access to LinkedIn Learning through Y-Train, an online employment training developed for BYU for students, faculty, and staff. More than 1,600 sustainability-related courses are on offer, with certificates available for courses such as Principles of Sustainable Development, "Sustainability as an Innovation Opportunity," and "Sustainable Development and Well-being."
