Each of the buildings listed in this section is operated and maintained using the following internal sustainable management policy:

Recycling provided in every office, conference room, hallway and common spaces with a major recycling area designated for featuring educational materials which change every month;

Water bottle refilling/hydration stations (at least one per floor) which are either part of a renovation/original construction, or an equipment retrofit of a previous drinking fountain. There are two brands which have become part of the university construction standards;

The use of Ecolab janitorial paper products and Ecolab cleaning products by custodial staff for the building;

The existence of LED lighting features;

The existence of motion sensor and timer lighting in all individual offices, conference rooms, hallways and common areas (state mandated safety and exit lighting excluded);

Buildings are part of the Emon metering system for temperature settings/control.
