Kokosing Hall Major Renovation Completed 2022-2023 added 24,229 square feet of space to the LEED Silver Certified Park Avenue Building, a warehouse that was renovated in 2018. Additional space was added for computer labs and architecture design, and the former warehouse was retrofitted for offices and architecture workspace as well. This square footage addition was designed and built in accordance with a single-attribute green building code, policy, guideline, or rating system, but not certified/verified.
