A brief description of the methodology the institution followed to complete the research inventory:

Bowling Green State University has 1,106 faculty as of FY24 and 740 of which are full-time. It is the expectation that full-time faculty members conduct research as a part of their employment at BGSU.

The Office of Campus Sustainability has compiled the inventory of research through online researching, primarily done by browsing the faculty pages online and determining which faculty have sustainability-related research implications. This is a compendium of sustainability research to the best of our knowledge.
