The College’s current minimum hiring rate is $17.50 per hour. In addition, the College provides shift differentials for second and third shifts as well as an additional differential for working weekends. The College also provides an affordable comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision plans. Included in the benefits package with no cost or contribution required by the employee are also short- and long-term disability plans as well as a very generous retirement plan.
