A brief description of the time period from which the figures reported above are drawn:
7/1/2021-6/30/2022 Before COVID-19, the campus was purchasing almost exclusively 100 percent recycled paper for regular office use across campus. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the supply of 100 percent recycled became very hard to purchase and what was available had gone way up in price. At that point, the campus was sourcing almost exclusively 30 percent recycled paper, but in recent times they are starting to purchase more 50 percent recycled while the 100 percent is still prohibitively expensive from our office supply vendor. The campus standard is currently to purchase a minimum of 30 percent recycled paper unless a specialty paper is required that doesn't come as recycled content.
