During new student orientation there is a section on cultural competence a continuing a tradition of cultural awareness at Bowdoin. Additionally, throughout the year there are numerous trainings, opportunities, workshops through a variety of organizations on campus. Wages and paychecks are reviewed regularly by HR for competitiveness.
