A brief description of the vegan dining program:
Each dining hall features a different menu with a vegetarian soup and a vegetarian and vegan entree at every meal. In addition, standard daily dining options include whole grains, cooked and raw vegetables, vegetarian proteins (tofu, dairy products), legumes, nuts, seeds, and fresh fruits.
