A brief description of how sustainability is included prominently in new student orientation (including how multiple dimensions of sustainability are addressed):
New students and transfer students receive a leaflet in their New Student Orientation package outlining sustainability initiatives on campus and how they can get involved. During the Orientation event, our sustainability committee sets up a booth to promote initiatives on campus and a game about waste diversion on campus. There are several booths like this set up throughout the semester. Starting April 2018, we will have volunteers stationed beside each of the waste stations in the cafeteria space during lunch to do waste sorting education with new students.
