These Standards do not fit within the University's needs. EHS conducts Monthly Safety trainings for a variety of groups on campus with our online BioRAFT System. The Campus & Clinical Safety program provides services to all BU and BMC personnel and property in order to promote safety and maintain compliance with safety regulations. Campus & Clinical Safety works closely with other departments to address all broad-based safety concerns throughout BU and BMC. Campus & Clinical Safety is a division of Environmental Health & Safety.

EHS reviews all industrial accident reports for OSHA recordability and reporting purposes. EHS works closely with Occupational Health and other departments to review injury data and investigate injuries as necessary. For FY 23, 259 Accident report were filed by BU employees, of those 122 were determined to be OSHA recordable. Of the 122 OSHA recordable 116 of them resulted in a total of 4003 lost workdays. In addition, BU had 3426 days of restricted or light duty work.
